Operations and hours of operation
Our office is not staffed outside of business hours, and we apologize for not being available 24/7.

Adult-only spaces
All spaces are designed for business needs and are not open to non-reserved guests or those under the age of 18. (However, the Terrace Lounge on the 4th floor is open to guests of all ages, not just Reflow members, so please keep that in mind when visiting the space.)
No smoking areas
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building, including guest rooms, including e-cigarettes. Please use the designated smoking area outside. (Violators will be fined 100,000 won.)
Parking
Free off-site private parking and access to nearby public parking garages.
No pets allowed
All areas of the Reflow facility are pet-free, thank you for your understanding.
Non-transferable
All space use and stays in Reflow are non-transferable, so be sure to book in the name of the person you're staying with.
All facilities, furniture, and fixtures in the space are the valuable property of Reflow. You will be charged for any damage, breakage, removal, soiling, or loss. (Please note that intentional theft may result in criminal liability).
We are not responsible for accidents caused by customer negligence.
Guide to office spaces
All meeting rooms within Reflow are available for class and community facilitation, as well as for long-term team project activities. They are available for both guest and non-guests to rent, and are not intended to be used as party rooms.
Project Room
This space is reserved by appointment only (weekly reservations, maximum capacity of 8 people, private phone booths for project room users only, no eating or drinking)
4th floor meeting room
We have a meeting room in the Terrace Lounge on the 4th floor. It is freely available for use by Reflow users, but please note that access to the entire room is limited.
